Are you thinking of selling your home next spring during the height of the selling season? If so, I'd like to share some tips with you to help make the process easier when the time comes. Listing your home and preparing to move can be a super stressful time. If you start getting your home ready now to list in the spring, will save you so much stress. When you are ready to list, all you will need to focus on is packing!
I am addicted to watching HGTV! Particularly, Chip and Joanna Gaines on Fixer Upper. Not only do I love that they are open about their faith in Christ, but how you can see how much they love each other in the way they interact. Of course, they do a pretty awesome job making those old, run down homes new! I love Joanna's design style. When she's finished decorating, the homes looks so fresh and inviting. I also enjoy watching Drew and Jonathan on Property Brothers. They seem to have lots of fun with their customers and to truly care about the people they work with.
I feel the same about my customers. I want them to get the most from selling their home as possible! I read a good article from HGTV that list the top 10 ways to get the most out of selling your home. Here's the link to their article...http://www.hgtv.com/design/decorating/design-101/10-best-kept-secrets-for-selling-your-home. Take a look!. If you follow these guidelines, I bet you'll get top dollar for your home! And that part about hiring a good broker/agent..... THAT WOULD BE ME! :) I truly love my job and do my very best to serve my customers to the best of my abilities. I am part of an awesome group of associates with Keller Williams and within my team at Integrity Realty Leaders.
So, put on your gloves, get a few boxes, or hire a professional or two, and give me a call so I can help guide you each step of the way! But don't forget to rest a little and watch some Fixer Upper and Property Brothers! (I am not affiliated with them in any way, just love the shows).
Until next time,

"Our realtor, Peggy Rudolph, is a fantastic professional who is very hard working, and always meets objectives to buyer's satisfaction. We hope to work with her again in the future. As out of town buyers, the process was exceptional - though locating a home, navigating the loan process, and all the steps to closing. We LOVE Peggy!"
